No, not at the moment. By specializing in grocery packages, we keep the shopping experience easy and convenient. Each package contains carefully selected items commonly purchased by Filipino households. The included gift certificates can also be used to buy other items in the grocery store.

We are committed to having packages ready for pick up in 24 hours or less. During holidays, power outages, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances, preparation may take longer.

No, not at this time. Packages are picked up at Robinsons Supermarket so recipients can receive them faster—usually within 24 hours.
Customers on a budget find grocery packages very appealing and budget-friendly. It’s a complete package at a fixed price containing common household necessities such as rice, canned goods, condiments, beverages, snacks, personal care, and laundry supplies.
When you select a Robinsons Supermarket location during checkout, the package will be prepared there immediately. The pickup location cannot be changed after the order is confirmed.
Recipients should go to the Customer Service counter of Robinsons Supermarket, provide the Order Confirmation Number, and present a valid ID.
Examples include: Driver’s License, Passport, PRC ID, Postal ID, Voter’s ID, GSIS e-Card, SSS Card, Senior Citizen ID, Barangay Certification, OFW ID, OWWA ID, Seaman’s Book, Government IDs, Company IDs, and others.
You will receive tracking updates throughout the process. Creating an account ensures you receive detailed notifications.
Packages are held for 8 days after being ready for pickup. If not claimed within this period, the sender will receive a refund minus a 25% restocking fee.

For fastest processing, use Credit or Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, American Express). Payments are processed securely through PayPal and 2Checkout.
No. The prices posted are all-inclusive. By bundling items wholesale, we offer packages at competitive and reasonable prices.

Although not included in the packages, these items are available at Robinsons Supermarket. Recipients can purchase fresh items using the included gift certificates.
Items may only be exchanged if they are out of stock, in which case they will be replaced with a similar item of equal or higher value.
Gift certificates can be used at Robinsons Supermarket but cannot be used to purchase alcohol or tobacco products.
